I have several modules that I have been working on over the last few months and I thought I would put up demos of them and get some feedback. These projects are not ready for release yet, but will be very soon. I have 2 Picasa galleries and a new Slider. The two galleries can be seen here RN Gallery and here RN PhotoWall. I will use the new Slider when I get around to upgrading this site to RavenNuke™ 2.5.

I have placed a demo of the upcoming phpBB3 module up on Tricked Out News. Demo Here. It is far from finished, but is coming along nicely. I hope to have 3 styles included with the release, 2 light and 1 dark. It works with RavenNuke 2.4+ and seems to work on all themes.

After more than a year since the last release of RavenNuke(tm) (v2.40.01) the RavenNuke(tm) Team is happy to announce the next release of your favorite CMS. There are some major changes, many fixes, enhancements and just too many to list. Be sure to read the Change Log for a list of all of the changes. Also be sure to consult the RNWIKI for additional information and help. There is a separate forum for just RN v2.5 issues. Be sure to ONLY use that forum.

The most important and major change in this release is adding the minimum requirement of PHP v5.2 or newer. You will need to be sure your host has v5.2 or newer installed or some things just won't work.
 

I have restarted my work on Phpbb3 For RavenNuke 2.5. I have been busy the last few months with work and life and have had very little time to give to the project. I believe I now have the time to finish it up. My wifes health issues this past year have made me rethink my priorities and where I spend my free time. I have less time to support my hobbies such as coding. This will not change anytime soon.

The Tricked Out Login is not functioning due to changes made by Janrain. I have been planning on a different approach for the Login mod when RavenNuke 2.5 ^tm is released because of the many changes/fixes/modifications to the Your Account module. As soon as I have time, I will begin on a new Login mod for RN 2.5....

I just wanted to let everyone know that I plan on releasing a phpBB3 module for RavenNuke within the next few months. I have a bunch of things to finish up before it will be completed, but it will happen. If you are using the current bridge, you will be able to upgrade without any issues as it will be using the same basic bridge concept. I plan on having theme integration and user integration for sure, groups integration will be a possibility if it can be done without too many modifications on the RN side.

I have released my mobile theme for RavenNuke. This theme requires a simple edit to your mainfile.php so your site can determine if the visitor is using a mobile device or not. This is a really simple solution to allowing small touch screens easily navigate your site.

I have installed my mobile device theme on this site for testing. So far, it supports Iphone, Ipod and Android. I will work out bugs in other devices after I finish some work with TON. If you have one of those mobile devices, give it a test and let me know what you think.

Sorry for being unavailable as of late. My wife had a heart attack 2 weeks ago and I have been spending most of my time helping out around the house and spending some quality time with her. I plan on resuming my work on TON as soon as I have some free time. Thank you all for your prayers and well wishes for my wife.
