Club Membership pain in the ass

Here is my story about this module. The modules worked fine on one of my servers. Then I changed to another server and it didnt work anymore. I had a terrible headache trying to see if it was me. If I did something. I test this module on PHP 4, 5 and differents servers and it worked properly. After months trying to guess what could cause this problem. I found out Club Membership didnt have any problem. The problem was my server. My server was reading that CM module as a CGI but not config as Apache.

My question is if you are willing to mod it so I can use it. I try to make some changes but I could make it work with my server.

What I would like to do is:

Change the login system and works with Secutity Code like NSN Download but NEVER remove the row drop box that takes files from your ftp. That is why I love this modules because u dont need to copy and paste any download link. I dont know if I explain correctly. I payed for this module long time ago but Francisco B never gave one minute support to this module. Anyway congratulations for the beautiful site. It goes so fast. can u tell me what server u are running. It is pretty fast. Very Happy

I will look at the Club Membership module and see what I can do.

I use http://www.3ix.org/. They are an ok webhost. Very cheap.
Thank you for your nice comments on my site.

The reason some older modules will not work on some server and will on others is because older, depreciated code like fopen is blocked because of security concerns on some servers. Also some older modules were poorly written and needed register globals on to work. Register Globals again is a security risk if set to on and has not been used in php since version 4.3.
