convert to colorbox

I have a question regarding colorbox.
I would like this to open in a colorbox instead of a pop up can you help me, I am slightly confused in how to utilize colorbox here.

If you are using Ravennuke 2.4 and up, you just need to add a class to your link like so:

If you are using colorbox in a different CMS, you would need to look at the javascript used to initiate the colorbox and see how it is being set.
