Post subject: New installations database questions
Reply with quote

Howdy fellas;
I've just installed RavenNuke 2.40.01 on my LocalHost WAMP and was wondering if
my database is correct.
The First Attempt at install failed and yielded 149 database tables. unable to create ns_nst... tables.
So I opened ns_core.sql and changed all the TYPE=MYISAM entries to ENGINE=MYISAM.
I reran the install script and The Second Attempt also had errors(eregi_replace deprecated) but I now have 163 tables. Still not sure if this is the correct number so I ran the compare_tables.php script against fieldlist_240_01.txt and it reports 118 entries checked with 0 missing.
So please tell me guys, what is the magic number.
Thanks;

I believe 163 is correct. Most all of the PHP 5.3+ deprecated errors have been taken care of in the next release of RavenNuke.
