NukeC3.7.4 is up and running now on www.bobbygs.info. Anyone that wants to see it working, want to post valid ads, or even. test ads (as long as the identify it as a test ad). I will not offer download as Bobby has not released it yet. I had offered to do testing for him and this is just an extention of that testing. If you upgraded to RavenNuke 2.40 make sure you read the article I posted on my site. It may save you some future headaches.

OK, here is a corrected file. http://trickedoutnews.com/nuken/nukecbackend.zip Just download it, unzip it and replace the one on your server. I have also replaced the one in the downloads with the corrected nukecbackend.php.

I am using nukec 3.7.5 classifieds. When I click Post Ads to post an ad, I only get part of the form and then everything else is blank. I had the same problem with nukec 3.7.3

This is all I get when I try to post:
Post New Ads
Ads Home/Post New Ads

*Required
Your Name : James(my name was auto filled)
Title (150 Max Chars)* : OK here
Description * : from here down the page is blank

Thanks in advance if you can help me with this problem.

What version of RavenNuke are you using?

It sounds like you are not using RavenNuke. The latest NukeC needs the nukeWYSIWYG editor installed before it will work. RavenNuke already has it standard. There are also a couple of other things needed for it to work including jquery, colorbox, and dynamic loading of javascript all of which regular nuke or its other forks do not have.

You are correct. I was using PHP Nuke. I did a fresh installation of RavenNuke 2.40, and have not yet install NukeC 3.7.5. I have been setting up RavenNuke 2.40.00 for about two weeks. It is a wonderful application.

The installation of RavenNuke was a success other than users not being able to send PM’s and Emails. The settings for PM and Email is active or set to YES. If I login as the administrator or as a superuser, everything works fine.

I would like to have the above working before installing NukeC . I’m think there is a permission problem somewhere. Could you help?

Thank you.

P.S. Error message reads: Invalid Session. Please resubmit the form.

Here is a post at ravenphpscripts about the invalid sessions error.

http://www.ravenphpscripts.com/postx11296-0-0.html

It has to do with a setting in the forums.

Bobby, thank you very much.
Send Private Message, Upload Through Forum Profile, Delete Mail, all now works perfectly. The link you provided: http://www.ravenphpscripts.com/postx11296-0-0.html, did the trick.

Send E-mail by users still is not working. I get the following error message:

General Error
Failed Send Email ::PHP::
Debug Mode
Line: 238
File: emailer.php

Thanks again,

Mike

You might want to post that over at Ravenphpscripts.com. That sounds like an issue with your mail server. I am sure someone else has had this issue.
