Hi,

I've been having a complete brain fart regarding this, any help would be gratefully appreciated.

I've installed the Slimbox mod on RN2.4 using the RN Blue theme, but when I click the image it just opens in the same tab. Confused

Thanks for your help in advance.

Cheers

Jakec

If the css is in place and the javascript is being called, it should work. I also have one that uses the colorbox already in RN 2.40. It can be downloaded here http://trickedoutnews.com/ftopict-39.html and nukeSEO has a demo in their news.

OK for anybody else reading this and just in case they have the same problem, the reason was that the slimbox javascript was being called before jquery. Doh!

After all this I've switched to using Colorbox instead. Wink

One small odd thing going on, scrollbars are popping up around the thumbnail for a split second when you click on it. Odd Confused

To remove the scrollbar, you may have to add an attribute in your css to show
Code:
overflow:hidden;
and apply the class in the advance section of the nukeWYSIWYG editor for the image. Something like
Code:
img.noscroll {overflow:hidden;}
and just enter noscroll in class section of editor for the image.

Unfortunately that doesn't appear to have fixed it, but I am not that worried it only appears for a split second and it only does it in Firefox.

Thanks again for your help. Very Happy

Hmmm. I will look at it and see if I can repeat it on my test site.

Update: It is theme related. I will get to the bottom of it Monday.

ok, I think I found it. Open themes/RN_Blue/style/style.css and find:

Code:
#main_inner p
{
text-align: left;
margin-bottom: 2.0em;
overflow: auto;
}

change auto to hidden and that should do it. If for some reason you ever want to have a scroll bar in a block, just remove the overflow and use a class like before.
