Just thought it might be a cool idea to make a boxover addon for the editor, since it's already in RN core (if enabled) and is lightweight.

I added a couple extra classes to my nukePIE.css and use it for a variety of purposes...

MINI POPUP:

IMAGE VIEWER
Image

the boxover header and footer allow html, you just have to use html special characters....
i.e. <img src="someimage.jpg" /> is written as &lt;img src=&quot;someimage.jpg&quot; /&gt;

just an idea, thought i would throw it out there, as I'm not as familiar with modding the FCK editor Smile

I like it.... Would be a very cool addon. I will look at doing a plugin for it when time allows. I would like to see more functionality for RavenNuke. All the work they have done to bring Nuke up to date could easily be over looked by the open source community if the bells and whistles aren't addressed too.

I was doing some research and found some examples of boxover.js included in a div like so:
Code:
<DIV TITLE="header=[header text] body=[body text]" STYLE="BORDER: #558844 1px solid;WIDTH:200px;HEIGHT: 75px">

My div with some text inside.  Move over me to see my tooltip.
</DIV>

I think I can modify the nukeWYSIWYG editor div tab to give these options.

OK here is a simple solution.

This would be in the image and link tabs. All you have to do replace the text inside the [] with what you want the boxover to say.
I am trying to get a separate box for both next. I will keep ya posted on progress.

The main issue I am having is the header and body attributes are being passed on to the editor under the title even if nothing is entered. That is making the mod difficult to do.

very cool had not thought of doing it that way...

if you figure out a mod that's cool, but at least there's a work-around; so don't bang your head too hard... Smile

sexycoder, what other options would you like to see for nukeWYSIWYG / FCKeditor? Why would you think "they don't want" it?

Back on topic, the clueTip jQuery function appears to be a good candidate for replacing BoxOver - and it makes creating a popup with header as simple as specifying | in between the header and detail. Like BoxOver, it can use the title tag, which helps SEO. It can also use other compliant tags, though I am not sure yet what benefits, if any, that will have.

Also sexycoder, FCKeditor has a ton of addons available from the projects website. The same thing goes here as at RavenNuke, there is no need to start junk in the forums. Respect others and you will be treated the same.
