When I click on the Website/URL link, the page opens in a new window with-out a

right or bottom scroll bar. This causes the page to cut off information.

What could be the problem with the posted ad website link?

I added the scroll bars to the javascript open window. This should work. Just unzip and replace the functions.php in the NukeC modules folder. Sorry about that Mike.
