Bobby, I was on phpbb.com for about forty-five minutes, but did not find a solution to my problem.

I removed codes from my previous install of phpBB 3.0.8 to hide Who Is Online statistics. It worked well. http://trickedoutnews.com/ftopict-99-.html

Within phpBB 3.0.10 ACP, there are options to enable and disable the statistics, but they don’t work. When I enable them, nothing happens. Do you have any idea why?

I can see this:

Statistics
Total posts 9 • Total topics 9 • Total members 82 • Our newest member Renee

I also replaced the index_body.html file.

Thank you.

Make sure you clear the cache in the ACP.

I cleared the cache several times, while trying to fix the problem and after I replaced the index_body.html file.

When I installed phpBB 3.0.10, I did not bridge it to RavenNuke, but I imported the phpbb_ database files that was created by the bridge between RavenNuke 2.40.01 and phpBB 3.0.8.

When I imported the files, everything look normal until now. Could this be causing the problem?

Thanks.

In phpMyAdmin CP, I went into phpbb_config and opened the table, load_online_time and changed config_value from 0 to 1

It's working now. I am going to play with the enable and disable options in phpBB 3.0.10 ACP later when I have time, just to make sure it is stable.

Thanks again.

Could be. Did you run the upgrade for the phpBB3.0.10? The DB from the bridge was an unmodified 3.0.08 install.

When I tried to run the upgrade, I got an error message saying a database file was missing. I dont remember the missing file, but it was never in my version of RavenNuke or phpBB.

I think it is too late to run the upgrade now, because I dropped all tables with the phpbb_ prefix from RavenNuke database in phpMyAdmin.

Can I upgrade phpBB 3.0.10 database files within it self? This may fix problems that I am not aware of, or it could correct any configurations in the database.

Install a test one in another database and use a tool like Beyond Compare to compare the two.

I did a complete test installation, and then a complete new install of the phpBB board, along with updating the board database server from MySQL to MySQL(i) 5.1.55.

It all good.
