JS in blocks

Hello nuken again lol,

I have another question that i think with your knowledge you may be able to answer.

What is the best way of adding JS to blocks? i know with modules you can do addJSToHead and addCSSToHead but does this method work with blocks?

The way I use is to add an includes/addons/head-filename.php file with the addJSToHead function in it. The cms will pick up on the new head file and add it to the array.
